When you book an appointment, submit a form on our site, or contact us, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, appointment date and time, and intake notes about your health history, areas of concern, pressure preferences, injuries, pregnancy, medications, and allergies. Payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment provider; we do not store your card numbers.

SMS / Text Messages

SMS messaging is opt-in only. You may opt in by submitting a form on our website that includes our SMS consent checkbox, by providing your mobile number during booking, or by texting START to our business number.

We only use your mobile number to send appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notifications, and occasional service updates from Healing Hands by Santa. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS messaging will only be used to send messages related to the user’s consented communication with Healing Hands by Santa.

Our services are offered to adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
