1. Agreement

By booking an appointment, using this website, or receiving massage services from Healing Hands by Santa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Healing Hands by Santa provides licensed massage therapy in Laguna Niguel, CA. Modalities offered include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Recovery, Structural Integration, Prenatal Massage, Senior Wellness, the Lavender Foot Scrub add-on, and the Cupping Therapy add-on. Every session includes hot stones, warm towels, and aromatherapy at no additional charge. Our services are not medical care and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician.

3. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by text. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price. The cancellation and late-arrival policy in effect at the time of booking will control.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, Zelle, and credit card payments. Gratuity is welcome but never required.

5. Client Intake & Health Disclosures

You agree to provide accurate information about your injuries, existing conditions, pregnancy, medications, and allergies prior to every session. Santa reserves the right to decline, modify, or shorten a session if continuing would be unsafe or contraindicated based on the information disclosed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Healing Hands by Santa is a licensed, professional massage therapy practice. Harassment, inappropriate touching, or sexualized requests or conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be charged in full. Such conduct may also be reported to law enforcement.

7. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and transferable. Under California law, gift certificates for cash value generally do not expire. Promotional gift offers may have a stated expiration.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, logos, and branding — is the property of Healing Hands by Santa and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of any specific session.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Healing Hands by Santa, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling notifications, customer care messages, and occasional service updates. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact us at santa@healinghandsbysanta.com or (949) 449-1842. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase or receive services.
